Handle inbound and outbound calls to support international customers.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Document all customer interactions in the CRM system accurately.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets (quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction).
Strong problem-solving, listening, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts (depending on process requirements).
Exposure to international clients (US/UK/Australia).
Sales or upselling experience will be an added advantage.
