Job Description

Customer Service Intern - ONOS Program Education: Undergraduate or postgraduate students in Communication, Marketing, Library Sciences, or related fields. Skills & Qualifications: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail. Familiarity with academic publishing is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office and email communication. Key Responsibilities: Awareness Creation via Phone Calls Engage with librarians across institutions, introducing them to Sage Publishings ONOS resources. Effectively communicate product benefits and address initial inquiries. Webinar Coordination Identify institutions interested in in-depth training sessions. Collaborate with the Training Manager to schedule and conduct informative webinars. Assist in delivering product demonstrations and usage guidance. Follow-Up Communication Send follow-up emails with product brochures, onboarding instructions, and webinar recordings. Maintain a structured database of engagements and responses. Feedback & Query Handling Record and address queries from librarians and students. Escalate complex issues to the Training Manager for resolution. Reporting & Documentation Maintain detailed records of interactions, feedback, and customer engagement levels. Provide weekly reports highlighting progress, challenges, and key insights. Reporting Structure: Reports to: Manager Trainings Key Deliverables: Engage with 6,000+ institutions via phone calls to introduce ONOS. Clearly explain Sage Publishings ONOS offerings and address inquiries. Track and document customer interest and feedback. Coordinate with internal teams for seamless customer onboarding. Submit weekly reports on progress, challenges, and customer insights. Duration: 4 months
