Job Description

Job Title: Client Success Executive

Location: Remote/ In office

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years experience in customer service

Department: Client Success

Job Summary:Were looking for an energetic and friendly Client Success Executive to foster outstanding relationships with our customers and build trust through exceptional supportall from the comfort of home.

Key responsibilities:

Manage both incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and other communications in a professional, warm manner,
Accurately maintain customer records and update information in the CRM system,
Promptly resolve customer concerns, complaints, and escalations with empathy and efficiency,
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and clear, positive communication in every interaction,
Maintain good customer relations by building strong and transparent interpersonal connection with the customers,
Assist with upselling when appropriate, to support business goals,
Ensure seamless availability during business hours,
Coordinate with designated senior officials and follow their instructions carefully and diligently,
Solve problems and issues in the most creative and effective way,
Should be flexible enough to handle other works as assigned by the manager,
Should be willing to work outside normal work hours whenever required.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service
Excellent and fast interpersonal relationship building ability
Good English communication (both verbal and written)
Excellent escalations handling ability
Problem solving abilities
Should be able to work under pressure
