Job Description : We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused professionals to join our team as Customer Service Agents. The role requires handling both inbound and outbound calls related to internet service subscriptions, technical support, billing inquiries, and issue resolution while ensuring a seamless customer experience. Agents will also be responsible for identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities where applicable. Key Responsibilities: Manage inbound customer inquiries related to internet services, technical support, and billing concerns . Conduct outbound calls to existing and prospective customers to promote services, troubleshoot issues, and enhance customer retention. Deliver a professional and customer-centric experience , ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. Identify and recommend relevant service upgrades based on customer needs. Accurately document interactions and resolutions within the CRM system . Handle escalations professionally and efficiently, ensuring prompt resolution. Maintain key performance metrics , including call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction scores. Skills & Qualifications: Exceptional communication skills articulate, confident, and professional. Prior experience in international BPO/customer service (preferred); freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered. Strong ability to multi-task and manage multiple customer interactions effectively. Proficiency in problem-solving and a keen ability to handle escalations with diplomacy. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, processes, and industry requirements. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive and customer-oriented approach . Job & Interview Details Shift Timings: 9:00 PM 6:00 AM (Monday to Saturday) Fixed Weekly Off: Saturday & Sunday Office Location: Karapakkam, OMR, Chennai.
