Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information on products/services offered by the company to meet customers' needs. Desired Candidate Profile Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers over phone calls, emails, and chats. Knowledge of mutual funds/VRM systems would be an added advantage but not mandatory. Proficiency in outbound sales/outbound calling techniques for generating leads/conversions. 1-6 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment handling international/domestic voice process or similar roles.
