From booking to trip completion, your role will encompass managing key processes such as booking coordination, query resolution, and complaint management. Key Responsibilities - Achieve and maintain a Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score of 93% or higher within three months. Ensure smooth and hassle-free travel experiences for all customers. Promptly resolve customer complaints within defined timelines to uphold service excellence. Education : Minimum 12th pass or equivalent (preference for candidates from an English medium background). Languages : Proficiency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
