Job Title: Customer Service Executive (Domestic & International Process) Locations: Noida & Gurgaon Salary: 19,000 CTC to 30,000 CTC per month Job Description: We are looking for highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Executives for both Domestic and International processes. If you have excellent communication skills in English and are passionate about providing exceptional service to our customers, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner Provide accurate information about products and services Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any ongoing issues Work as part of a team to achieve organizational and individual goals.
