Roles and Responsibility - Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention. Managing proactively inbound and outbound calls . Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff. Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support. Establishing a positive rapport with all clients and customers via phone. Interacting with customers to ensure they have a desirable and shareable experience. Desired candidates Profile Any Graduate/ Undergraduate / Fresher / Experience with excellent English communication can apply. Must be fluent in English.
