About the Role

Shining Stars ITPL is looking for energetic, customer-oriented individuals to join our growing Customer Care team. You will be responsible for managing both domestic and international customer interactions, ensuring smooth communication and exceptional service support.

Compensation Details

Freshers:
17k CTC + 3,000 Bonus + Incentives
Experienced:
Up to 24k CTC + 3,000 Bonus + Incentives

Eligibility Criteria

Education:
Undergraduate / Graduate (any stream
Experience:
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
Communication:
Excellent spoken English is mandatory

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls from international customers
Resolve customer queries with professionalism and clarity
Provide detailed information regarding products and services
Assist in order placement, returns, and account-related tasks
Stay updated with company systems, tools, and offerings
