Job Description

Role & responsibilities Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, or in-person. Assist customers with questions related to pet food, grooming, vaccinations, boarding, training, and other services. Handle product complaints, service issues, and returns in a professional and empathetic manner. Pet Care Advisory (Basic): Provide basic pet care guidance (nutrition, grooming intervals, etc.) based on company standards (not medical advice). Educate customers on the use of pet products and services offered. Order & Appointment Handling: Assist with placing and tracking orders for pet products. Schedule and confirm appointments for veterinary visits, grooming sessions, and training programs. Coordinate with the operations team for timely service delivery. Complaint Resolution: Resolve complaints efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction. Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department in a timely manner. Preferred candidate profile Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Empathy towards animals and their owners. Basic knowledge of pets (dogs, cats, etc.) and related products. Proficiency in using CRM or customer support software. Patience, problem-solving ability, and a calm demeanor under pressure.
