International and Domestic Customer Service Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls..
  • Resolve customer queries related to insurance products and services.
  • Provide accurate information and solutions in a timely manner.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Adhere to internal policies and compliance requirements.
  • Record and update customer interactions in CRM tools.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Prior experience in international and domestic voice process (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
