Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to liaise with customers over the phone, accurately record their orders, and ensure a smooth and efficient ordering process. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong customer-first mindset. Key Responsibilities:Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner. Accurately take customer orders and input them into the system. Clarify order details, confirm availability, and provide estimated delivery times. Assist customers with product inquiries and basic troubleshooting. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services. Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate department when necessary. Ensure all interactions are documented properly in the CRM system. Follow up with customers as needed to confirm order details or provide updates. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through efficient and friendly service. Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or order processing is preferred. Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in using computers and common office software (e.g., MS Office). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor.
