Customer Service Executive- Thane

As an Inside Sales Executive at the Climate Tech Firm, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our eco-friendly solutions. Your main tasks will include engaging with customers, building rapport, and creating awareness about our offerings. It is important to maintain accurate call logs, lead details, and daily updates. You will follow simple call scripts without any hardcore selling involved. Your focus should be on the volume and quality of connections, rather than revenue targets. Success in this role will be reflected in high call connectivity, good communication skills, a positive attitude with consistency, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally. We welcome both freshers and experienced candidates who have good spoken communication in English, Hindi, or Marathi. Comfort with phone-based conversations and basic computer skills are required, with CRM familiarity considered a bonus.
