Customer Service Executive

As an Inside Sales Executive at a Climate Tech Firm based in Mumbai/Thane, you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential customers to introduce eco-friendly solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Making outbound calls to potential customers and effectively communicating the benefits of our sustainable offerings. - Building rapport with customers and creating awareness about our products and services. - Maintaining accurate call logs, lead details, and providing daily updates on your progress. - Following simple call scripts without the pressure of hardcore selling. - Focusing on the volume and quality of connections rather than revenue targets. To be successful in this role, you should aim for: - High call connectivity rates. - Good communication skills in English, Hindi, or Marathi. - A positive attitude, consistency, and professionalism in handling customer queries. This position is open to both freshers and experienced candidates who have good spoken communication skills and are comfortable with phone-based conversations. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools would be a bonus.
