About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound customer calls 2. Resolve customer queries and concerns 3. Provide excellent customer service 4. Meet productivity and quality targets 5. Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals Transportation: details 1. Transport boundary: Mira Road to Churchgate 2. Centralized pick-up and drop for day shift 3.
