Company - Living Liquidz India Private limited Position - Customer Service Executive Location - Bandra, Mumbai JOB Description: Key Responsibilities: Handle outbound calls in a professional and efficient manner. Provide accurate and timely information regarding products/services to customers. Resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring high satisfaction. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as required. Update customer records and systems based on interactions. Collaborate with other teams to address customer needs and improve service delivery. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times. Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in a call center or customer service role (preferred). Excellent verbal communication and listening skills. Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations. Proficient in using computers and customer service software. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
