Key Responsibilities

Customer support executives ensure the satisfaction and loyalty of customers in multiple industries, including e-commerce, telecommunications and service sectors. They are responsible for providing assistance, resolving issues and addressing customer inquiries to ensure a seamless and satisfying customer experience.About Company: DBS Mintek Private Limited is a call center based in Pune, India. Incorporated in 2008 as a private limited company, we are well equipped with the state-of-the-art technology with the capacity for fast ramp-up and roll-out of new campaigns. DBS's existing operation is a 1200 workstation facility, which would be scaled up by another 200 in a short span of time. It currently owns three centers with a total capacity of around 1200 seats.
