Profile: HSBC Arrow - Inbound Voice Process

Qualification:

Eligibility:

  • Graduate with minimum 6 months BPO experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Comfortable with upselling in an inbound process

Shift Timings:

  • Between 7:30 AM - 10:30 PM (9-hour rotational shift)
  • 5 days working with 2 rotational weekly offs

Salary:

  • CTC: 32,000
  • In-hand: 26,000
