Profile: HSBC Arrow - Inbound Voice Process

Process:

Qualification:

Eligibility:

Graduate with minimum 6 months BPO experience
Good communication skills
Comfortable with upselling in an inbound process

Shift Timings:

Between 7:30 AM - 10:30 PM (9-hour rotational shift)
5 days working with 2 rotational weekly offs

Salary:

CTC: 32,000
In-hand: 26,000
