Customer Service Executive (Fresher)

Job Summary

We are hiring freshers for the role of Customer Service Executive. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls, emails, or chat queries
• Provide accurate information and resolve issues promptly
• Update customer details and maintain records
• Escalate complex issues to the supervisor when needed
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction
• Follow company processes and guidelines

Qualifications

• Freshers are welcome (0–1 year experience)
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing)
• Problem-solving and active listening skills
