Seeking Customer Service Executive for a large NABL lab for implementing & maintaining its customer relation ship that includes prepare work order, quotation , bills as well as resolve customer queries via email/telephonic, and manage the team also. Required Candidate profile Candidate shall be minimum graduate with excellent knowledge of computers. Experience in similar role of customer services/support management will be highly desirable .
