Job Description

You will be responsible for: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in-person in a prompt and courteous manner. - Providing detailed information about services, pricing, timelines, and policies. - Handling customer complaints, concerns, or special requests professionally and escalating when necessary. - Working closely with sales, dispatch, billing, and operations to ensure seamless communication and execution. - Monitoring and tracking shipments; proactively informing customers about delays or changes. - Contributing to continuous improvement by reporting common issues and suggesting process enhancements. Qualifications required: - Proven experience in customer service, preferably in logistics, relocation, or service-based industries. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong organizational and time-management abilities. - Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations tactfully. - Flexibility with shifts and availability, especially during peak moving seasons.
