Customer Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote product support
• Handle installation, routine preventive maintenance, and downtime repair activities.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting via phone or online tools.
• Ensure all technical queries are tracked, escalated, and resolved efficiently in a time bound manner.
• Prepare timely service reports and maintain proper documentation.
• Work closely with OEM partners to validate the products and solutions.
• Strictly adhere to health and safety standards and company service protocols.

• Preferred candidate profile

Education & Training

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical or Printing preferred).
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in industry.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and reporting skills (proficiency in English & Hindi is must. Knowledge of additional language is a plus).
• Familiarity with basic Electronic and Electrical knowledge, Network connection (LAN, Internet), Wiring Diagrams, Familiar with Multimeter, and remote diagnostic tools.
• Willingness to travel extensively across customer sites.
