Job Description

Role & responsibilities Support customers with sample issuance and account for sample inventory. Daily leads recording, validating leads and delivering quotations by interactions with sales person or sometimes with customer directly. Maintain customers database, recording quotation and reviewing periodically (day to day; weekly and monthly). To liaise with our factories through emails or phone for customers orders, to acknowledge and follow-up on invoicing. Sending back the order acknowledgment, shipment invoices to respective customers across India. Communicating with customers through email or phone about the order progress. Recording all activities in the database. Familiar with USD/SGD international currencies conversion Preferred candidate profile Diploma/Degree graduate with min 2 years of relevant working experience as Sales/Customer Support in a reputed organisation. Possess good communication skills in English and Tamil. Able to prepare/maintain matrix, handle emails and draft letters etc. Good customer service skills required. Proficient in MS Office.
