Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and coordination.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues.
Manage and resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Provide timely follow-up and updates to customers regarding their inquiries.
Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in customer service or a related role.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.
Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging customer interactions.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
