Location - Sector-18,Gurugram. Process - Voice process Profile - Customer service / Sales Executive Working - 6 days Shift - Day Shifts Salay - up to 25k ctc. Roles and Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service through phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer queries and concerns. Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional manner, escalating issues when necessary. Process transactions, answer questions about products/services, and provide solutions to customers' problems. Meet performance targets for call handling time, resolution rates, and quality metrics. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer satisfaction. Desired Candidate Profile 1-4 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment with excellent communication skills (verbal & written). Strong convincing power to handle difficult conversations effectively. Proficiency in Sales/Inside Sales processes with knowledge of CRM software applications. Fluency in spoken English language is essential; ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts.
