Customer Service Associate – International Voice

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate – International Voice to join our dynamic customer support team. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers, providing world-class service and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries and complaints via voice calls (international)
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and methods
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and follow up when necessary
• Maintain customer records by updating account information
• Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and performance metrics
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experiences
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent spoken English and interpersonal communication skills
• Prior experience in international voice process or BPO preferred (0-3 years)
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working night shifts / rotational shifts
• Proficient in using computers and customer support software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,733.87 - ₹17,000.00 per month
