Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our US Soft Collections Process team. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for managing soft collections for our US-based clients, ensuring effective communication, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle US Soft Collections calls in a professional manner.
Provide excellent customer service through active listening and effective communication.
Resolve payment-related issues, ensuring the smooth collection of outstanding debts.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payments.
Collaborate with other team members to achieve process goals and targets.
Work with clients to negotiate payment arrangements and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Undergraduates/Graduates are welcome to apply.
Both fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts and week-offs.
Must be able to work from the office.

Salary Package:

?40,000 - ?50,000 CTC per month (based on your experience)
