As an Executive Customer Service at EazyDiner, your role involves delivering exceptional support to customers to ensure their dining and reservation experiences are seamless and enjoyable. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer queries regarding restaurant bookings, cancellations, and special requests through calls, emails, and chat support. - Guide customers on navigating the EazyDiner platform, including information on offers, promotions, and loyalty programs. - Promptly address and resolve customer concerns or complaints, escalating complex issues to senior team members or management when necessary. - Confirm reservations with partner restaurants and cater to specific customer needs. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback using the company's CRM software. - Participate in training sessions to gain a thorough understanding of EazyDiner's services, policies, and systems. - Identify opportunities for enhancing the customer experience and support the team in implementing improvements. Skills Required: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (proficiency in additional regional languages is advantageous). - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to solve problems effectively. - Capability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office and CRM systems.
