Customer Service Analyst-Voice

As a Customer Service Analyst at Accenture, your primary responsibility will be to provide assistance and support to customers through calls, chats, and emails. You will be involved in KYC Retail activities, which include verifying the identity of individual customers to prevent fraud and ensure compliance with regulations. This will involve tasks such as Customer Identity Verification, Customer onboarding, Risk Screening, Records validation & Compliance Adherence. Key Responsibilities: - Establish strong client relationships - Manage multiple stakeholders effectively - Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in your approach Qualifications Required: - Graduation in any field - 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role - Expertise in Spanish language In this role, you will be analyzing and solving lower-complexity problems. Your interactions will primarily be with peers within Accenture, with limited exposure to clients or management. You will receive moderate-level instructions for daily tasks and detailed guidance for new assignments. Your decisions will impact your own work and potentially that of others.
