Job Opening: Customer Support Executive at Torero Softwares Ltd (Medica Software) Location: Lower Parel East, Mumbai Job Type: Full-time Role Overview Join Torero Softwares Ltd as a Customer Support Executive and assist clients in resolving queries related to software, accounting, and GST while providing training sessions for our Medica software. Key Responsibilities and Skills Client Support: Assist clients with queries related to software, accounting, and GST by delivering high-quality solutions. Software Training: Lead training sessions to help clients make the most of the software. Collaboration & Learning: Work closely with a skilled technical team and stay updated with new software features—there's always something new to learn! Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, basic knowledge of accounting and GST, familiarity with remote tools like Anydesk or TeamViewer is a plus. Education Commerce graduate preferred (freshers with knowledge of accounting and GST are welcome!) 12th Pass with experience in Customer Support (preferably in Software Products) can also apply.
