Determining the language needs of the caller Entering appropriate customer information as needed Accessing appropriate databases Quickly transferring calls to the appropriate staff member Providing additional assistance when needed Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills Ability to enter and access information using a computer terminal while responding to customer needs Excellent keyboarding skills Professionalism
