Role : Manage and optimize CRM systems to enhance customer relationships and drive sales. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems. Analyze customer behavior and segment audience. Develop and execute targeted email campaigns. Provide customer service support and resolve issues.
