Job Description

Tata Capital loan ,BPO,Urgent Requirement Profile :- Telicaller Role :- must be able to handle atleast 15 - 20 agents on floor.Lead Generation and Qualification: Utilize various strategies to generate sales leads, such as cold calling, email marketing, and social media prospecting. Qualify leads by identifying their needs, budget, and decision-making authority. Prioritize leads and develop targeted outreach strategies. Relationship Building and Communication: Build rapport and establish trust with potential and existing customers. Conduct need assessments to understand customer challenges and pain points. Clearly communicate the value proposition of your products or services, tailoring your pitch to each customer's specific needs. Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations that effectively showcase product features and benefits. Negotiate pricing and contracts to win deals while maintaining profitability. Address customer objections and concerns with clear and confident responses. Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to deal closure and beyond. Follow up with leads promptly and persistently to move them through the sales funnel. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales opportunities. Performance Analysis: Track your sales performance against targets and quotas. Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase sales. Participate in sales training and coaching programs to continuously improve your skills. Experience:- should have experience of TL for atleast 6-1 year in BPO Salary:- (depends upon last) Process :- Tata capital personal loan Qualifications:- min HSC or Graduate with decent English communication skills They have well knowledge in shrinkage attrition dialer attendance (Personal loan, home loan, business loan any sales process)
