Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients and respond to inbound inquiries related to residential real estate projects . Explain project features, pricing, and location benefits, and convert leads into site visits . Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems. Follow up regularly with leads and build relationships with clients to drive conversions. Coordinate with the sales team for closures and site visit scheduling. Handle client queries professionally and promptly. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and follow-ups. Requirements: 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling , preferably in real estate (residential sales) . Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi. Confident, polite, and professional phone etiquette. Ability to handle inbound and outbound calling efficiently. Should be proactive and self-motivated to meet targets. Good knowledge of the Pune real estate market is a plus.
