Handle inbound & outbound customer interactions in a professional manner while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: HSC / Graduate Freshers & Experienced both can apply
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English (Australian Accent Preferred)
  • Comfortable working in rotational US / AUS / International shifts
  • Good typing skills (for chat processes)
  • Strong problem-solving and customer handling abilities
