Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve issues promptly. Provide excellent customer service by understanding their needs and concerns. Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling products or services based on customer requirements. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues. Desired Candidate Profile 0-2 years of experience in a similar role (customer handling, query resolution). Bachelor's degree (B.Com/B.B.A/ B.M.S ). Excellent communication skills in English; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in data entry operations and basic computer knowledge. Kolkata and nearby candidates only Shift Time: 13:00 hrs.- 22:00 hrs.(IST)
