Roles and Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and relationship building. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products/services to increase revenue growth. Ensure timely closure of sales deals by effectively handling customer queries and concerns. Monitor customer satisfaction levels, addressing any issues promptly to ensure high levels of engagement. Desired Candidate Profile 2-6 years of experience in banking or financial services industry as a Branch Manager or similar role. Strong skills in customer handling, customer interaction, customer relationship management, selling skills, upselling/cross-selling techniques. Excellent convincing ability, selling to customer needs, solving queries efficiently.
