Job Description

Jobs and Responsibilities of Customer Relationship Manager

Communicate order updates, and relevant information to customers.
Provide timely and clear communication to customers regarding their inquiries and orders.
Identify all material pending for more than 60 days, place them in designated Green Bins, and coordinate with dispatch team to ensure priority shipment.
Update Pending Order Status to customers.
Prepare and present regular reports on customer satisfaction and engagement.
Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers.
Resolve customer inquiries, concerns in effective manner.
Coordinate with teams to resolve customer complaints and improve processes.
Customer Account management (Follow up with the customer regarding payment).
Update Dispatch & Delivery Information to Customers.
Preparing Daily, Weekly and Monthly Sales & Marketing Reports
Execute Weekly Digital Marketing Campaign

Who can FIT in to this role:

Female Candidate - having 2-3 years of experience as
Customer Relationship Manager
in Manufacturing or similar industry.
Candidate should reside within 15 Kms of Raga Engineers with self-conveyance, GPS
Graduated in any related field.
Time management and discipline.
Good Communication skill.
Problem resolving skills.
