Job Description

Act as the primary contact for clients regarding orders, queries, and updates. Follow up with clients via phone, WhatsApp, and email regarding order status, deliveries, and feedback. Maintain manual records of client interactions, orders, complaints, and resolutions. Coordinate closely with internal teams (production, dispatch, accounts, etc.) to ensure timely execution of client requirements.
