Job Description

Handle inquiries from distributors, B2B clients, and customers efficiently. Follow up with clients to nurture relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Manage international client communications and oversee order processing. Maintain and update feedback, order details, and sales data using MS Excel and sales applications. Provide clients with necessary information via email in a timely manner. Forward incoming calls to the appropriate team members for resolution. Conduct market research to analyze competitor pricing and product trends. Coordinate with clients regarding pending payments and ensure timely follow-ups. Address customer queries through phone calls, emails, and chats to provide quick and effective solutions. Key Skills: Strong analytical skills and industry knowledge to drive business success. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English. Highly motivated, hardworking, and adaptable to challenges. Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Excel and MS Word.
