Job Title: International Voice & Chat Executive Location: Office No. 144, Parmar Park Phase-2 Business Park, Wanowrie, Pune – 411040 Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | Fixed Night Shift (9-hour shift) Weekly Off: Fixed Sunday and Alternate Saturdays Transport: Complimentary cab facility provided (both sides) Employment Type: Full-time, Office-based Process Type: Blended – Voice and Chat (International) Position Overview We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals for the position of International Voice & Chat Executive. This role involves interacting with international clients via voice and chat channels, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, basic computer literacy, and the ability to work in a structured night-shift environment. This opportunity is ideal for candidates looking for a stable, target-free role in a professional office setting, with comprehensive training and growth support provided.
