Role & responsibilities : Manage customer relationships through regular calls, emails, and meetings to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Identify new business opportunities by cross-selling mutual funds, insurance products, and other financial services to existing clients. Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM software (HubSpot) for effective tracking and reporting. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly and efficiently. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client queries and concerns. Keep onself update by attending various offline/online training which we organize very month Preferred candidate profile : 0-1 year of experience in sales or related field (preferably in banking or finance). Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers over phone/email/in-person. Basic knowledge of mutual funds, insurance, and other financial products; comfortable learning more about them as needed. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) for data entry/reporting purposes. Good communication skills. Should be comfortable with numbers Should be confident about handling HNI clients. Atleast Graduation in any field: Candidate with prior knowledge of MF and Insurance would be an added advantage Perks and benefits Good incentive structure
