Job Description

Female candidates are preferred Student & Parent Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for students and parents, ensuring they feel supported throughout the academic journey . Provide timely updates on student progress, including performance reports, attendance tracking, and areas for improvement. Motivate students and provide academic guidance to help them overcome learning challenges. Class & Schedule Management: Coordinate and schedule classes using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) , Google Sheets, and Google Forms. Manage online sessions via Zoom and other video conferencing platforms. Ensure smooth access to learning materials, assignments, and assessments for students. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and document student progress through assignments, test results, and engagement metrics. Generate detailed performance reports and discuss improvement strategies with parents and faculty. Communication & Relationship Management Maintain constant communication with parents through phone calls, WhatsApp, SMS, email, and web notifications. Mediate between parents, students, and teachers to ensure smooth academic coordination. Foster a supportive and encouraging relationship between students and the institution. Who Can Apply? Strong communication skills (written & verbal) to interact effectively with parents and students. Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and online class management tools .
