CLARITY IN SPEECH,GOOD VOICE MODULATION. MUST BE FAMILIAR WITH MS EXCEL & PROPER UNDERSTANDING OF DMS. GOOD TELEPHONE ETIQUETTE. SHOULD HAVE THE ABILITY TO HANDLE CUSTOMER CONCERNS & CAPABLE TO IMPARTS SOFTSKILL TRAINING TO TEAM MEMBERS. ABILITY TO LEAD A TEAM OF 3 TO 5 MEMBERS. NOTE:- Automobile Experience is highly preferable.
