Job Title: Client Relationship Manager (CRM) Location: Chandigarh, Industrial Area Phase 1 | Full-time We are hiring a proactive, patient, and highly efficient Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to ensure top-notch client service and smooth coordination within the company. If you have a polite demeanor, excellent communication skills (English - written & spoken), and a rigorous follow-up ability , we want you on our team! Key Responsibilities: Ensure all post-order client interactions are handled smoothly. Provide after-sales service , gather authentic feedback , and ensure client satisfaction. Act as the main point of contact for client concerns, queries, and escalations . Proactively follow up on payments and reduce collection time. Collaborate with design, procurement, production, site in-charge, MD, and other departments to resolve issues. Maintain timely, organized, and professional communication with both clients and internal teams.
