Greet customers, take necessary feedback ( instant/ telephonic/ email ) on satisfactory jobs carried out in his vehicle handle customer grievances / complaints to solve with the help of HOD for making customer satisfaction/ delight. Automotive dealership work experience preferable. Some basic knowledge on automobile will be preferable.one should handle workshop and another should look into sales parameters .
