Job Title: Client Relationship Manager (Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs) Location: Ahmedabad Department: Sales Reports to: Chief Investment Officer Job Overview: We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive with 3+ years of experience in selling mutual funds, PMS, and AIF investment products. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating sales, and building long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and institutional clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, financial products, and a passion for delivering tailored investment solutions. Key Responsibilities: Sales Generation & Lead Conversion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to sell mutual funds, PMS, and AIF investment products to potential clients. Client Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, providing personalized investment solutions based on their financial goals and risk appetite. Sales Presentations & Proposals: Conduct product presentations and prepare investment proposals to showcase the benefits and features of mutual funds, PMS, and AIFs. Market Research & Networking: Research and understand market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our investment products in the market. Client Acquisition & Retention: Focus on acquiring new clients while ensuring satisfaction and retention of existing clients through ongoing engagement and service. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress against sales targets. Prepare regular sales reports for management. Compliance & Regulatory Adherence: Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory guidelines and internal policies to maintain ethical standards and avoid risks. Required Skills & Experience: 3+ years of experience in sales, with a strong focus on financial products such as mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, or Advisory investment Products. Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets, and client needs. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets. Ability to build rapport and trust with clients, from HNWIs to institutional investors.
