Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to manage client interactions and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the real estate purchase lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of client servicing, excellent communication skills, and experience in real estate or similar service-driven industries. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries and communications. Manage the end-to-end customer journey from booking to handover. Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively. Coordinate with internal teams including sales, finance, legal, and site teams to fulfill customer requirements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions. Assist in documentation, agreement signings, and registration processes. Organize and conduct site visits, meetings, and handover events. Build long-term relationships with clients to foster referrals and repeat business. Conduct regular follow-ups and feedback sessions with clients. Ensure timely collection of payments as per the agreed schedule. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required. Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer relationship or client servicing roles, preferably in real estate. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously. Proficient in CRM software and MS Office tools. Fluent in English and Malayalam. High level of professionalism, patience, and customer empathy. Languages: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required. Proficiency in Malayalam is mandatory.
