Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end customer relationship lifecycle from booking to handover. Handle customer documentation, agreements, payment follow-ups, and coordination with internal departments. Ensure timely and accurate communication with customers regarding project updates, milestones, and payments. Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Maintain and update CRM software with customer data, interactions, and transactions. Coordinate with the sales, finance, legal, and project teams for smooth execution of customer-related activities. Prepare reports on customer status, collections, and CRM performance metrics. Implement CRM strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM within the construction industry. Proficient in CRM tools/software and MS Office. Strong knowledge of documentation, payment schedules, and RERA compliance. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
