As we scale up, we‘re looking to employ someone who can help us make our CRM system more efficient, secure, and customizable to streamline our operations, client interactions, and internal workflows. This is not an ordinary job. You will have a completely free hand to lead the technological backbone of a mission-driven company. You will be our in-house tech consultant and also a problem solver who wants ownership and impact, because at Subhlagan, impact is all that we care about. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain a CRM system using a .NET stack. Lead the digital transformation of our client and matchmaker operations Build custom modules for scheduling, client profiles, data insights, secure messaging, and more Ensure data privacy, scalability, and performance of all systems Integrate with third-party tools (e.g. email, payment, calendar APIs) Provide ongoing IT support and system improvements based on employee feedback Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency Document processes, code, and internal tools Interact directly with the board members to plan and align the firm’s technology with its goals Preferred Candidates: 5 years of experience iin the CRM technology Experience with .NET/ASP.NET core, C# and SQL server Solid background in information systems and CRM development Passion for solving problems and building scalable systems Ability to manage end-to-end development independently Bonus: Experience with Azure, Power BI, or DevOps tools Why you will love it here: You will have full creative and technical ownership Shape the entire tech ecosystem of a growing agency Work closely with a dedicated, people-first team Flexible hours and a culture that values autonomy Opportunity to build things from scratch that actually matter We are looking for an immediate joiner who can work from Mumbai and can WFO.
